ORDERING/DESIGN PROCESS

Click the “order now!” button on the design package to open the briefing form – each Design Cover Pack has a specific form with different design offers. Check out our offer and choose the right pack for your cover.

Fill in the briefing form and give us all the information and details needed to create your cover. If you have any information that you consider that is important or any question about the design process you can always contact us. Once the form is completed you will be redirected to PayPal.

Choose our additional services to promote your book. For an extra fee you can have a Facebook cover, a web banner, posters, flyers, logos, or any other graphic design service for your bookʼs marketing. You can always ask for any of this services months after the cover is finished.

The cover design does not include character creation and if you need a specific type of person it can be done but it will have an additional cost based on its complexity. If you have any questions about this service or want to know the cost of a specific character, feel free to contact us

Pay the 50% deposit required (through PayPal) and the 50% balance on final approval. The design process only starts after the deposit is paid and please note that if you arenʼt happy with any of our drafts we will refund your money.

We will present you two cover options so you can choose which one you want us to develop. If you are not happy with any of them, we will present you another draft. Once the cover is chosen, we will work on it until you are fully satisfied.

You will receive a final version of the cover in the format you need (after paying the 50% remaining) – JPG or PDF files. The design can also be adjusted to your printerʼs templates.

Once you receive the final cover high-resolution files you will be acquiring the rights over the cover, which includes the use of royalty-free images from Shutterstock.com – please note that the license of the images is limited to 250,000 prints or sales (in E-book case). The unlimited use of each image can be provided for an additional cost.
