Every day veterans are getting out of the military and have no idea about the world that awaits them. They don't know how to quell the beast inside, and so they have higher divorce rates than the civilian population. They don't know how to defeat the demons that ravage their minds, and so they have higher suicide rates than the civilian population. This book isn't going to solve all your problems, but it will provide you with some techniques on how to navigate the obstacles that you are going to face and together we can start to make a difference.

Louis J. Fernandez is a former Captain who served 7 years in the US Army. The first four years were as an Infantry officer with the 82nd Airborne division where he deployed to both Afghanistan and Iraq. The last three years of his career, he was an Intelligence officer working worldwide counter-WMD. His awards include a Meritorious Service Medal, two Bronze Stars for service, a Combat Infantryman's Badge, Airborne Wings, and a Ranger Tab.
